Qualifications

• Diploma or tertiary qualification in civil construction.
• Experience in civil/construction with safety regulatory knowledge.
• 8+ years in civil/construction roles.
• Data Center experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Organize construction sections to achieve targets.
• Develop assigned subordinates to optimize working time.
• Drive continuous improvement for better efficiencies.
• Ensure competent technical resources are available for activities.
• Coordinate with design team to avoid design delays.
• Collaborate with project engineer on progress and support development.
• Liaise with third parties and clients to manage relationships.
• Interact with survey department to enable planned construction.
• Enforce safe and environmentally friendly working procedures.
• Consolidate daily, weekly and monthly reports.
• Share knowledge to enhance professional development.
