Ideal candidates hold a Diploma in civil engineering or related fields, a QS certificate, and 7+ years of field experience on civil or road projects, with preference for prior contractor exposure.

Qualifications

• Diploma in civil engineering, construction or related disciplines.
• Quantity survey certificate or diploma.
• 7+ years experience in quantity surveying on civil or road projects.
• Experience leading a surveyor team and on-site exposure.

Responsibilities

• Manage preparation of Quantity Surveying documents including BOQs and cost estimates.
• Attend tender procedures and prepare tender reports; support commercial manager.
• Organize preparation and monitoring of contract execution and valuation.
• Review monthly statements and interim payments, claims, and final costs.
• Oversee subcontractors' payment applications, variation submissions, and contract requirements.
• Review variation orders reports and advise on contract needs.
• Support Contracts Manager/Commercial Manager on final accounts and project closure.
