Job summary

KLK Refinery and Oleo in Indonesia seeks a Project Manager to plan, manage, and deliver capital expenditure and improvement projects from concept through commissioning and handover.

You will ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, to quality standards, and in full compliance with Indonesian regulations and company requirements. Based in Sangkulirang, East Kalimantan, you will lead cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, construction, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Chemical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
• 8–10 years of experience in industrial project management.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of projects from concept through implementation.
• Translate business objectives into project requirements.
• Coordinate front-end and detailed engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.
• Ensure safety, quality and regulatory compliance across all project phases.
• Prepare and manage budgets, cost control, and schedules.
• Develop and maintain detailed project timelines and milestones.
