Job summary

PT R Systems Ibizcs International is seeking a Business Analyst / Product Analyst with 3+ years of experience in customer-facing CRM, retail, or e-commerce projects. You will gather requirements, map business processes, and translate them into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

You will participate in UAT, test scenarios, and go-live support, and collaborate with stakeholders using BPMN, flowcharts, and process-mapping techniques.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, IT, or related field
• Minimum 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst
• Experience on customer-facing, CRM, retail, e-commerce projects
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Experience with UAT, test scenarios, and go-live support
• Knowledge of BPMN, flowcharts, swimlanes, or process mapping
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum, Jira, and Confluence
• Basic understanding of API, webhooks, system integration, and data flows
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and communication skills
• Immediate joiner is a plus, open for contract based
