Job summary

PT Amerta Indah Otsuka is seeking a Senior Brand Designer to lead brand identity development for POCARI SWEAT, ION WATER, and related brands. You will translate briefs into compelling visual design across marketing, digital, and physical touchpoints, ensuring brand guideline compliance and timely delivery.

The role involves creating logos, patterns, and collateral, collaborating with internal teams and external partners, and maintaining assets in a central library to support consistent brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia Design, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in graphic/brand design and creative execution, preferably in marketing, advertising, FMCG, or brand communication environments.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software (Adobe Creative Suite).
• Knowledge of digital and print production requirements.
• Basic photography/video documentation skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain brand identity materials including brand books, style guides, color palettes, typography systems, and usage guidelines.
• Create brand visual assets such as logos, lockups, iconography, and patterns per brand direction.
• Organize and manage brand design assets in the Digital Asset Management library for versioning and accessibility.
• Produce print and physical marketing assets for offline and online activities.
• Develop digital campaign assets like social media ads and banners.
• Create OOH and event visuals for billboards and venues.
• Develop physical product-related design materials and ensure production-ready artwork and pre-press readiness.
• Prepare artwork and review vendor proofs for production accuracy.
• Develop internal visuals and templates (slides, reports) for consistent communication.
• Translate briefs into visual solutions and present ideas to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate design requirements.
• Review outputs to ensure brand quality and consistency and deliver on time.
