Job summary

Ismaya Group is seeking a creative visual designer to develop and execute assets for its lifestyle brands in Indonesia. You will craft campaign visuals, social content, digital ads, and in-store collaterals that reinforce each brand's identity.

You'll collaborate with Marketing Managers, Online Media, and Content Creators to translate strategy into compelling storytelling while keeping designs fresh, culturally relevant, and on-brand.

Responsibilities

• Design campaign key visuals (KV), social media content, digital ads, and in-store collaterals that elevate brand perception and drive engagement
• Collaborate with Marketing Managers, Online Media team, and Content Creators to translate campaign strategies into impactful visual storytelling
• Ensure all designs align with brand guidelines while maintaining a fresh, innovative, and culturally relevant aesthetic
• Support launch campaigns, talkability programs, and event activations with high-quality creative outputs
• Adapt and resize assets across multiple platforms while maintaining design integrity
• Stay updated on design trends, visual culture, and lifestyle branding, ensuring Ismaya remains ahead of the curve
• Manage and organize design files and asset libraries for easy access and consistency across teams
• Work closely with vendors (printing, production) to ensure quality control of final outputs
