Job summary

Milk & Madu Group Bali is seeking a Senior Graphic Designer to own visual direction for four brands: Milk & Madu, The Common, Ulekan, and Watercress. You will set brand guidelines, lead campaigns, and ensure high-quality output across all touchpoints.

You will mentor junior designers, manage workloads across four brands, and coordinate with marketing, PR, and outlet teams to align creative outputs with campaigns and events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 5-7 years of graphic design experience with at least 2 in senior/lead roles.
• Experience managing design output for multiple brands simultaneously, ideally in F/B, hospitality, or lifestyle.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite; comfortable with Figma or Canva.
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain visual identity guidelines for all 4 brands under Milk & Madu Group.
• Set creative direction for major campaigns across the 4 brands.
• Review and approve design output before publishing as final quality checkpoint.
• Produce high-complexity design work (key visuals, campaigns, menus, signage).
• Direct photography and video shoots and oversee post-production per brand standards.
• Manage design production pipeline across brands, balancing workload and deadlines.
• Lead and review daily work of Junior Graphic Designer(s).
• Mentor junior team members and develop design skills across brands.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Social Media, PR, and outlet teams to align output.
