You will manage a creative team, ensure on-brand consistency, and drive innovative visuals that engage audiences while aligning with business goals. Based in Bali, the role focuses on hands-on leadership and trend-driven content development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall creative direction and visual identity of the brand.
• Create and execute creative concepts for marketing campaigns, social media, digital content, and promotional activities.
• Lead and supervise the creative team, including Photographer, Videographer, Graphic Designer, and Content Creator.
• Develop creative strategies that align with the company's brand identity, target audience, and business goals.
• Oversee the production of photo, video, graphic, and other visual content.
• Ensure all creative materials maintain consistent quality, style, and brand standards.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Social Media, and Operations teams to develop engaging campaigns and content.
• Stay updated with the latest trends in social media, digital marketing, photography, videography, and visual communication.
• Manage multiple creative projects and ensure all deliverables are completed on time.
• Provide creative feedback, direction, and mentorship to the creative team.
• Conceptualize and execute campaigns for new products, events, promotions, and brand activations.
• Monitor creative performance and continuously develop new ideas to improve brand engagement.
