• Degree in Mechanical Engineering (min. 10 years in bearing industry).
• Experience mounting and dismounting bearings to Schaeffler/industry standards.
• Experience with bearing inspection, alignment, lubrication, and replacement including bearing selection and tool use.
• Experience delivering bearing-related training to customers (classroom and on-the-job).
• Strong communication in English is mandatory.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Coordination and provision of technical expertise and support to internal and external customers in Indonesia in alignment with Schaeffler business goals and strategies.
• Leading technical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of bearing systems, ensuring operational reliability, safety, and compliance with Schaeffler and industry standards
• Acts as the senior technical authority for bearing-related issue at customers' location, overseeing both hands-on service work and the performance of customers' technicians. The role combines technical expertise in bearing systems with leadership, coordination, and preventive maintenance planning
• Heavily prepare and involve in customers site support such as mounting & dismounting, failure analysis, trouble shooting, mechanical consulting, as well as training at the customers' location
• Direct and supervise customers' maintenance technicians on bearing inspection, repair, overhaul, and replacement tasksand ensuring work meets Schaeffler and industry standards
• Coordination with customers for shutdown support and required resources
• Proactive review of customer problem areas and proposals for technical solutions
• Diagnose bearing failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions, including parts selection, and tools to customers
• Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair bearings and related mechanical components; diagnose faults, recommend solutions, and perform overhauls or replacementsat customers' location
• In coordination with Sales, Application Engineering, and ILS team, propose and provide maintenance solutions to customers

Your Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering with min. 10 years experiences in bearing industry
• Hands on experiences in mounting and dismounting small to large size bearings by implementing various method according to Schaeffler and industry standards.
• Experience with bearing inspection, alignment, lubrication, and replacement including bearing selection; and tool use
• Experiences in delivering technical training related to bearings to customers, both in class training and on job training
• Hands on experiences & deep knowledge in heavy industries such as Pulp & Paper, Cement, Power Plant, Mining, and Metallurgical Processing applications and processes
• Strong communication skill at all organizational levels in English (written and oral) is mandatory.
