Job summary

CAKAP, an edutech company formerly known as Squline and based in Jakarta, is seeking a Business Development Senior Associate to drive sales and expand client relationships from our Tangerang base. You will lead initiatives, manage pipelines, and collaborate with marketing, product, and operations to deliver value.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Business/Admin or Marketing, 1+ year in EduTech, and strong e-commerce knowledge. High energy, proactive learning, and startup agility are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field required.
• 1+ year total work experience; Education Technology experience preferred.
• In-depth knowledge of e-commerce platforms.
• Strong communication, negotiating, and analytical skills.
• Strong relationship-building and proactive learning attitude.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by managing pipelines, converting leads, and closing deals.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and outreach.
• Strengthen client relationships with regular communication and solution delivery.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to stay competitive.
• Implement and own OKRs/targets aligned with revenue goals.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Operations to support growth and client success.
• Report on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline health.
• Perform other duties as required by business needs.
