Job summary

Stockbit is seeking a skilled Golang Back-end Lead to own server-side logic and its integration with front-end platforms. You will translate business requirements into scalable software and mentor the team on technical best practices.

You will drive performance improvements, lead architecture decisions, review code, and collaborate with product, QA, and UI to deliver reliable features in a fast-moving fintech-like environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of backend experience in delivering product features.
• 1+ years of leadership experience.
• Experience with Go language and idioms.
• Experience with Event Stream Processing (Kafka).
• Strong understanding of microservices architecture.

Responsibilities

• Develop secure, scalable backend applications in Go.
• Provide mentorship, code reviews and technical direction.
• Collaborate with product, QA and UI to deliver features.
• Lead architecture discussions and drive best practices.
