Job summary

Forvis Mazars Indonesia seeks a Senior Audit Methodology & Learning Development specialist to strengthen its audit practice. The role focuses on developing and updating audit methodologies, templates, and guidance, aligning with PSAK, IFRS, ISA, ISQM, and Mazars standards.

It also coordinates training programs and materials for staff and seniors to enhance technical excellence. You will work with Partners and Managers to address capability gaps, support quality inspections, and drive a culture

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting; GPA ≥ 3.00.
• 2–4 years external audit/public accounting experience.
• Professional qualifications such as CPA, CA, ACCA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK, IFRS, ISA, ISQM 1 & 2; ethics and independence.
• Ability to work independently and with teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop, update audit methodologies, templates, tools, guidance.
• Ensure compliance with quality management system policies and procedures.
• Monitor compliance with standards across audit engagements.
• Perform engagement file reviews and quality monitoring activities.
• Assist engagement teams with technical accounting and ethics matters.
• Conduct technical research and prepare guidance notes.
• Support quality inspections and remediation initiatives.
• Participate in regulatory reviews and global inspections.
• Prepare communications on changes in PSAK, IFRS, ISA, ISQM and other requirements.
• Maintain quality control manuals and knowledge resources.
• Coordinate and deliver technical training programs for audit staff and seniors.
• Develop training materials, case studies, and e-learning content.
