Job summary

TGS AU-Partners is seeking a Senior Audit Associate to lead audit engagements in Jakarta and mentor junior staff. You will ensure audits comply with PSAK, IFRS, SA, and SPAP while managing multiple projects and client relationships.

The role requires 2–3 years of public accounting experience, strong leadership, and excellent English and Bahasa Indonesia communication skills. Travel to South Jakarta is expected.

Qualifications

• Strong PSAK/IFRS/SA/SPAP knowledge required.
• 2–3 years of audit experience in a public accounting firm.
• Proven track record of 40–50 audit engagements.
• Excellent leadership and strategic thinking.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Willing to travel and commute to South Jakarta.
• Professional certifications such as PPAK, CA or ACPA are a plus.

You will be responsible for ensuring that audits are conducted in accordance with PSAK, IFRS, SA, and SPAP. This role requires proven experience in public accounting and the ability to manage multiple audit projects independently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise audit engagements from planning to completion.
• Review working papers prepared by junior associates.
• Ensure compliance with PSAK, IFRS, SA, and SPAP.
• Communicate audit findings and recommendations to clients.
• Train and mentor junior associates to enhance their technical skills.
• Manage client relationships and maintain high service quality.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of PSAK, IFRS, SA, and SPAP.
• Minimum 2–3 years of audit experience in a Public Accounting Firm (internship experiences are not included).
• Proven track record of completing at least 40–50 audit engagements (depending on seniority level: Associate 2 or 3).
• Excellent strategical thinking and leadership skills.
• Good oral and written communication skills, both in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
• Able to work both individually and under a team.
• Willing to travel for work matter.
• Must be willing to commute to our office in South Jakarta.
• Professional certification such as PPAK, CA or ACPA (additional value).
