WPP Indonesia seeks a commercially-savvy, entrepreneurial media leader to own and grow an existing client portfolio. You will deepen client relationships, expand scope, and convert delivery into incremental revenue.

You will lead cross-functional teams across planning, media, commerce, advocacy, and data, driving end-to-end solutions and a clear operating rhythm focused on growth and renewals.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years in media, planning, or client leadership roles.
• Proven track record of growing existing accounts.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel media and commerce dynamics.
• Commercially sharp with revenue targets and senior-client negotiations.
• Structured operator able to run a matrixed team.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ownership of an existing client portfolio with a growth mandate.
• Translate brand priorities into commercially successful cross-platform campaigns.
• Own full-funnel strategy across planning, media, and data.
• Identify and convert organic growth opportunities within accounts.
