Job summary

WPP Indonesia is seeking an entrepreneurial media leader to own an existing client portfolio and drive growth. You’ll deepen relationships, expand scope, and convert delivery into incremental revenue across brand ecosystems.

You’ll manage cross-functional teams across planning, e-commerce, advocacy, and data, with strong client negotiation and renewal responsibilities. Fluent English is required, with experience leading matrixed teams in dynamic markets.

Qualifications

• 10–15 years’ experience in media, planning, or client leadership roles.
• Proven track record of growing existing accounts — not just retaining them.
• Strong understanding of full-funnel media and commerce dynamics.
• Commercially sharp: comfortable owning revenue targets and negotiating scope/value with senior clients.
• Structured operator who can run a matrixed team without direct reporting lines.
• Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication — able to build and defend a commercial narrative with clients and internally.
• Fluent in English; other languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end leadership of the existing client portfolio, with a growth target attached.
• Translate brand priorities into commercially successful cross-platform campaigns.
• Full-funnel ownership (upper → mid → lower), planned as one brand ecosystem — not siloed activations.
• Identify and convert organic growth opportunities within current accounts (scope expansion, new brands, new services).
• Drive alignment across planning, media, commerce, advocacy and data.
• Senior partnership with client stakeholders, including commercial negotiation and renewal.
• Lead and integrate teams across Brand, E-commerce, Advocacy, Creator Content, Biddable Media, Data.
• Set a clear operating rhythm: weekly WIPs, monthly business reviews, quarterly strategic reviews and forward plans.
