Job summary

DBSI T&O in Jakarta Head Office is seeking a Risk Management professional to assist in implementing the Operational Risk Management Policy and manage risk controls within the operations unit.

You will review deviations, support audits, and prepare risk reports using qualitative and quantitative data, ensuring timely escalation of issues.

The role requires independent work and strong collaboration across stakeholders to uphold regulatory compliance and risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management or related field.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Head Ops Risk & Control to implement the Operational Risk Management Policy and processes within the Ops unit to ensure a sound risk and control environment.
• Conduct preliminary reviews of proposed deviations from operational risk policies and standards.
• Perform timely review of proposed processes/initiatives to ensure implementation of appropriate risk controls and elevate potential risk issues.
• Participate in initiatives to foster risk and control awareness, including supporting audit preparation and examinations.
• Ensure accuracy and timely preparation of periodic operational risk reports based on qualitative and quantitative data.
• Manage the timely reporting, escalation, and investigation of operational risk issues/incidents, ensuring data accuracy, root cause analysis, and timely logging/tracking.
• Monitor timely resolution of issues from RCSA exercises, audit findings, and regulatory compliance issues.
• Other operational risk related duties.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in operational risk management or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address complex risk issues
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels
• Proficient in using risk management tools and techniques, such as risk assessments, key risk indicators, and control testing
• Thorough understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices related to operational risk management
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
