Job summary

DBS Bank (Indonesia) HR DAR team seeks a dedicated administrator to handle appointment, revocation, and position changes for Executive Officers. You will prepare, manage, and validate data for regulatory reporting and assist with Fit & Proper tests for BOC and BOD.

Based at Jakarta Head Office, you will coordinate with HRRM, Compliance, and agencies to streamline HR data processes and ensure audit readiness across internal and external reviews.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for administrative activities and correspondence regarding the appointment, revocation, and position changes of Executive Officers.
• Provide data support for internal and external audits as a member of the HR DAR (Data, Audit, & Regulator) team.
• Prepare, manage, and validate data for regulatory reporting.
• Assist in providing data and documents for the Fit & Proper Test process for the BOC and BOD.
• Manage formalities by coordinating with relevant parties (HRRM, Compliance, and Agencies).
