Responsabilités

• Advising local and international clients on complex corporate transactions and regulatory matters.
• Leading banking and finance transactions, including financing arrangements.
• Supporting and executing domestic and cross-border M&A transactions.
• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating transactional documents and commercial agreements.
• Managing client relationships and serving as a trusted legal advisor.
• Mentoring junior lawyers and collaborating with partners on business development.
