Job summary

APP Group is seeking an accomplished M&A lawyer to lead and support end-to-end M&A transactions. You will draft, review, and negotiate essential deal documents, perform due diligence, and coordinate with internal and external advisors to ensure timely, compliant closures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support end-to-end merger and acquisition transactions from initiation to closing and post-completion activities.
• Draft, review, and negotiate NDAs, Engagement Letters, NBOs, BOs, SPAs, and other transaction documents.
