Job summary

PwC is recruiting for a Senior Associate within Assurance in the Banking & Capital Markets sector in Indonesia. You will focus on capital markets accounting advisory, guiding clients through complex accounting issues and reporting obligations surrounding deals and transformational events.

The role emphasizes building relationships, mentoring others, and delivering high-quality insights while navigating ambiguity. Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills (English and Bahasa Indonesia).
• Team player with excellent interpersonal, communication and project management.
• Demonstrates strong problem-solving skills, can prioritize and handle multiple assignments under tight deadlines.
• Enjoy working in a collaborative environment.
• Having experience and knowledge of IPOs, IPO preparation and bond offerings is an advantage.
• Professional certification (CPA, CA) is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS and/or US GAAP would be an asset; experience in applying or interpreting US GAAP or IFRS, conducting accounting research, analysis and report writing
