Job summary

Datacenter People is partnering with a global leader in power infrastructure for data centers and other mission-critical environments. The role involves designing busduct system layouts, maintaining expert product knowledge, and supporting sales and customers on-site or remotely.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, 3+ years in engineering, and hands-on experience with AutoCAD, Revit, Inventor, and BIM360, plus familiarity with IEC standards and project management

Qualifications

• BS Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering required.
• 3+ years in Electrical or Mechanical engineering.
• Experience with busduct products is preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Maintain high-level knowledge of product and application.
• Complete system layouts: design layouts of busduct systems based on site.
• Audit & surveys, customer drawings, project tenders and field input.
• Utilise AutoDesk Suite to assess customer requirements.
• Create product technical system layouts from engineered drawings (catalog sheets, FAQ’s, Tech Briefs, Reports, instructions).
• Provide technical and commercial support to sales and customers onsite or remotely.
• Support product estimation, RFQ, ratings, and compliance with local regulations and standards.
