Job summary

Arbeit Infotech is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller/Drafter for a Data Centre project. You will perform Revit modelling for MEP services (UPS and Air Conditioning), create Revit families and specialty equipment, and coordinate with design engineers and project stakeholders.

You will attend BIM coordination meetings, prepare shop drawings, and manage AutoCAD drawings from basement to 4th storey, while ensuring clash-free BIM coordination.

Qualifications

• Experience as BIM Modeller/Drafter, preferably in MEP or Data Centre projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit Version 2024.
• Must have an Autodesk Registered Account.
• Experience with MEP services, particularly UPS and Air Conditioning systems.
• Familiar with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and AutoCAD; drawing coordination.
• Able to attend coordination meetings with multiple project stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Focus on MEP services, mainly UPS and Air Conditioning systems.
• Create Revit Families/Specialty Equipment Models for ACC.
• Perform routing for Cable Trays, Cable Trunkings, Conduits.
• Coordinate with Design Engineers and receive design layouts.
• Attend BIM/coordination meetings with the project team.
• Prepare Shop Drawings for Consultant Approval.
• Prepare drawings from Basement to 4th Storey levels.
• Handle BIM coordination and resolve clashes.
• Prepare and manage AutoCAD drawings according to the required coding system.
