Job summary

Accesstech Engineering is seeking a BIM Lead (MEP) to develop and coordinate 3D BIM models for Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems in data center projects using Revit.

You will perform clash detection, produce shop drawings, and ensure BEP conformance, working with engineers, consultants, and site teams to maintain accuracy and constructability. This role requires 2–4 years in BIM coordination and a strong Revit background.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in BIM Coordinator (MEP), preferably in data center projects.
• Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit (MEP).
• Experience in modeling Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
• Familiar with clash detection tools (Navisworks or similar).
• Good understanding of MEP systems and construction workflows.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage 3D BIM models for MEP systems using Autodesk Revit.
• Perform clash detection and coordination with other disciplines and resolve design conflicts.
• Produce MEP shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built models.
• Ensure models comply with project standards, specifications, and BEP.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and site teams to ensure model accuracy and constructability.
• Update models based on site conditions and design revisions.
• Maintain model documentation, version control, and data accuracy.
• Support project teams during installation and coordination phases.
• Participate in BIM coordination meetings and provide technical input.
