Job summary

Arbeit Group is seeking an experienced BIM Modeller/Drafter for a Data Centre project in Batam. The role emphasizes MEP modelling with UPS and air conditioning systems and ACC integration.

You'll create Revit families, prepare shop drawings, coordinate with design engineers, and participate in BIM meetings. Revit 2024 proficiency and an Autodesk Registered Account are required, with site visits as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience as BIM Modeller/Drafter in MEP or data centre projects.
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit Version 2024 and AutoCAD.
• Autodesk Registered Account required and able to use ACC.

Responsibilities

• Create Revit Families/Specialty Equipment Models for ACC integration.
• Perform MEP routing for cables, trays, conduits and UPS/air conditioning systems.
• Prepare Shop Drawings for consultant approval and for construction.
• Coordinate drawings with design engineers and project stakeholders.
• Attend BIM/coordination meetings and manage clash resolution.
• Prepare As-Built Drawings and conduct site verification as needed.
• Coordinate via Dalux and ensure project coding standards.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced BIM Modeller/Drafter to join our team for a Data Centre construction project.

Main Scope of Work:

• Focus on MEP services, mainly UPS and Air Conditioning systems
• Create Revit Families/Specialty Equipment Models and incorporate them into Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Perform routing for Cable Trays, Cable Trunkings, Conduits, and related services
• Coordinate with Design Engineers and receive design layouts
• Attend BIM/coordination meetings with the project team
• Prepare Shop Drawings for Consultant Approval
• Prepare drawings from Basement to 4th Storey levels
• Handle BIM coordination and resolve clashes based on project requirements
• Prepare and manage AutoCAD drawings according to the required coding system
• Coordinate drawings through Dalux
• Prepare As-Built Drawings, including site visits to verify actual installed conditions
• Experience as a BIM Modeller/Drafter, preferably in MEP or Data Centre projects
• Proficient in Autodesk Revit Version 2024
• Must have an Autodesk Registered Account
• Experience in MEP services, particularly UPS and Air Conditioning systems
• Familiar with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)
• Experience with AutoCAD and drawing coordination
• Familiarity with Dalux is an advantage
• Able to attend coordination meetings and work closely with multiple project stakeholders
• Willing to conduct site visits when required
