Job summary

BRIK is seeking a Senior Accounts Payable Lead in Tangerang to manage end-to-end AP processes, verify invoices, and ensure accurate 3-way matching with PO and GRN. You will oversee vendor reconciliations, aging, and timely payments while coordinating with Procurement, Projects, and Operations.

The role requires 3–5 years in AP/Finance, an accounting degree, and hands-on experience with ERP systems. Opportunity to lead an AP team and support audits is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• 3–5 years experience in Accounts Payable/Finance Accounting required.
• Senior/Lead AP experience or supervision preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Accounts Payable process from invoice verification to payment processing and recording.
• Review vendor invoices against PO, GRN, contracts, and supporting documents.
• Monitor AP aging, outstanding invoices, payment due dates, and vendor balances.
• Perform and review vendor reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Project, Operations, and vendors to resolve invoice issues.
• Prepare and review payment proposals, schedules, AP aging reports, and related AP reports.
• Ensure 3-way matching before payments are processed.
• Manage AP-related transactions including/vendor advances, down payments, retentions, accruals.
• Ensure timely recording of AP transactions in the accounting system.
• Maintain AP documentation and compliance with controls and policies.
• Identify process improvements for AP workflows.
