Job summary

NIQ is hiring a Senior Executive, Retail Customer Success to provide dedicated support to clients across Indonesia. You will collaborate with operations and account teams to help clients leverage our RMS suite and create syndicated reports, data extracts, and training.

Responsibilities include delivering clear analyses, maintaining KPI-driven service delivery, and organizing Knowledge Base materials. A comprehensive training program is offered.

Qualifications

• University degree in marketing, business, management, economics, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in market research or similar role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; English proficiency is required.

Responsibilities

• Be the day-to-day contact of Retailers clients, advising on RMS resources, data standards, analyses, audit methods, and information services.
• Deliver analyses, charts and reports that are clear and meaningful to clients, ensuring timeliness and quality.
• Conduct regular reviews with Client Service and Operations to monitor KPIs and identify process improvements.
• Maintain timely communications with account teams and senior management, documenting inquiries and resolutions.
• Organize content for Resource Library to keep clients updated on NIQ practices, policy changes, and market trends.
• Support senior management on developing Thought Leadership case studies.
