Pathlab Laboratory is seeking an experienced laboratory analyst to perform examination procedures in line with SOPs and to operate and maintain laboratory equipment. You will conduct daily checks, ensure optimal conditions for analyses, and perform quality control while reviewing results before clinician submission.

• D3/D4 education in Medical Laboratory Technology
• Minimum 4 years of work experience
• STR and Competency Certification required
• Willing to obtain SIP (Surat Izin Praktik)

Responsabilidades

• Perform laboratory examination procedures according to applicable SOPs
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment
• Conduct daily checks and ensure equipment, reagents, controls and calibrators are in optimal condition for examination
• Perform Quality Control and review daily QC results
• Review test results, analyze correlation of laboratory results and validate results before submission to doctors or clinicians
• Consult with clinical pathology doctors or technical colleagues regarding results requiring review
• Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor as needed

This role involves performing laboratory examination procedures in accordance with applicable standard operating procedures, operating and maintaining laboratory equipment, and conducting quality control activities to ensure optimal conditions for examinations.

Key responsibilities

Perform laboratory examination procedures according to applicable SOPs

Operate and maintain laboratory equipment

Conduct daily checks and ensure laboratory equipment, reagents, controls and calibrators are in optimal condition for examination

Perform Quality Control and review daily QC results

Review test results, analyze correlation of laboratory results and validate test results before submission to doctors or clinicians

Consult with clinical pathology doctors or technical colleagues regarding laboratory results requiring review

Perform other tasks as directed by supervisor as may arise from time to time

About you

D3/D4 education in Medical Laboratory Technology

Minimum 4 years of work experience required

Experience in medical laboratory preferred

Must possess STR (Surat Tanda Registrasi) and Competency Certification

Willing to obtain SIP (Surat Izin Praktik)
