Job summary

Alster Lake Clinic in Bali is seeking a Diploma-qualified laboratory professional to join our stem cell and regenerative medicine team. You will perform cell isolation, conduct environmental microbiological testing, and execute QC tests including sterility and endotoxin assessments, while documenting results in batch records and QC reports.

• Minimum Diploma (D3) in Medical Laboratory Technology (ATLM) or related fields.
• Candidates residing in Bali are preferred.
• Experience in aseptic techniques and laboratory QC.
• Knowledge of GMP is advantageous.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to follow SOPs.
• Able to work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform cell isolation using aseptic techniques per SOPs.
• Conduct environmental microbiological testing and monitoring in cleanrooms.
• Perform QC testing including sterility and endotoxin testing.
• Document results in batch records, QC reports, and other docs.
• Support GMP compliance including deviation management, CAPA, and change control.
• Maintain lab documentation and ensure traceability of tests.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.

Job description

Experience in aseptic techniques and laboratory quality control (QC).

Knowledge and understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) is an advantage.

Proficient in English, both spoken and written.

Detail-oriented, disciplined, responsible, and able to work in accordance with established SOPs.

Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.

Job Responsibilities

Perform cell isolation using aseptic techniques in accordance with established SOPs.

Conduct environmental microbiological testing and environmental monitoring within cleanroom facilities.

Perform QC testing, including:

• Sterility testing
• Endotoxin testing

Accurately document test results in batch records, QC reports, and other relevant technical documentation.

Support GMP compliance, including deviation management, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action), and change control processes.

Maintain laboratory documentation and ensure all testing activities are properly recorded and traceable.

Follow laboratory safety procedures, quality standards, and applicable regulatory requirements.
