Job summary

AI Rudder Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Speech Strategy Expert to lead the design and optimization of high-complexity conversational systems. You will drive strategic dialogue architecture and manage large-scale projects across R&D, operations, and business teams.

Responsibilities include end-to-end project lifecycle, data-driven optimization with A/B testing, and developing standard speech design methodologies and SOPs for internal teams and partners.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in dialogue design, human-computer interaction, user research, or related fields.
• Proven track record deploying conversational AI products in finance, banking, insurance, e-commerce, or internet SaaS industries.
• Proficient in agile development processes and tools such as Jira and Confluence.

Responsibilities

• Strategic Dialogue Architecture Design: lead the design and iteration of complex conversation flows and speech strategies for AI/chatbots.
• Full Lifecycle Project Management: manage large-scale speech projects from 0 to 1 across multiple teams.
• Data-Driven Intelligent Optimization: analyze conversation logs, user behavior, and funnels; use A/B testing to drive improvements.
• Team Empowerment and Standard Building: output SOPs and best practices for internal and external teams.
