Job summary

PT UMAX HUB INDONESIA is seeking a results-driven Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive daily e-commerce operations across Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop. You will manage affiliate campaigns end-to-end and collaborate with the E-commerce and Creative teams to develop promotional materials.

The role focuses on building strong partner relationships, conducting competitor analysis, monitoring KPIs, and delivering performance reports to support continuous improvement of the affiliate program.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Affiliate Marketing.
• Familiarity with affiliate platforms and marketing tools.
• Strong communication and relationship management skills.
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and target-driven.
• Understanding of digital trends and content creator ecosystem.
• Experience in Lifestyle & Home Living and Shopee affiliate ecosystem is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily e-commerce operations across Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Monitor and ensure smooth order processing, shipping, and returns management.
• Manage affiliate campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners.
• Conduct competitor analysis and identify new affiliate partnership opportunities.
• Collaborate with the E-commerce and Creative teams to support campaign execution and promotional material development.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate performance based on established KPIs and business objectives.
• Prepare performance reports and provide insights to support the evaluation and continuous improvement of affiliate programs.
