Job summary

PT UMAX HUB INDONESIA is seeking an experienced Affiliate Marketing and Business Development Lead in Indonesia to drive sales, growth, and partnerships. You will build and manage the affiliate network, negotiate deals, and coordinate campaigns across e-commerce channels.

You will lead a small team, analyze performance with KPI dashboards, and collaborate with marketing, creative, and product teams to optimize partnerships on Shopee, Tokopedia, and TikTok Shop.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing, Business Development, E-commerce, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience leading or supervising a team.
• Proven experience managing affiliate campaigns and developing creator/affiliate partnerships.
• Strong negotiation, communication, relationship management, and business development skills.
• Strong analytical and commercial mindset with the ability to work with sales and performance targets.
• Familiar with Shopee, TikTok Shop, Tokopedia, affiliate platforms, and digital marketing tools.
• Good understanding of social media, content creators, KOLs, and the affiliate ecosystem.
• Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and performance reporting.
• Experience in Lifestyle & Home Living, e-commerce, or consumer products is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute affiliate and business development strategies to achieve sales, revenue, and growth targets.
• Identify and acquire new affiliate partners, creators, KOLs, communities, and potential business partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key affiliate partners and business partners.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, commissions, promotional opportunities, and partnership agreements.
• Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify new growth and partnership opportunities.
• Manage affiliate campaigns end-to-end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and evaluation.
• Develop campaign strategies, promotional programs, and affiliate incentives to drive sales and engagement.
• Monitor affiliate performance and optimize campaigns based on KPI s.
• Monitor daily e-commerce operations across Tokopedia, Shopee, and TikTok Shop.
• Ensure smooth order processing, shipping, returns, and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Marketing, and Creative teams to support campaign execution and promotional materials.
• Supervise and manage the Affiliate/BD team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Set targets, assign responsibilities, monitor performance, and provide coaching and feedback.
• Develop and improve SOPs and workflows for affiliate and business development activities.
• Monitor and analyze affiliate and partnership performance based on sales, GMV, commission, ROI/ROAS, conversion, and other relevant KPIs.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports.
• Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to improve affiliate performance and business growth.
• Evaluate campaign effectiveness and continuously optimize strategies.
