Job summary

Esco Lifesciences Group in Indonesia seeks an experienced Accountant to manage full-set accounting, tax, and statutory compliance across three entities. You will handle month-end close, financial reporting, and coordination with auditors and external advisors.

The ideal candidate has hands-on Indonesian tax knowledge (PSAK, PPh, PPN), strong Excel skills, and the ability to work independently across multiple deadlines. FP&A exposure is a plus within a fast-growing global team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5–8 years of relevant accounting experience in Indonesia.
• Experience handling multiple entities is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of PSAK/SAK and Indonesian tax laws (PPh Badan, PPh 21/23/26, PPN).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting for three entities with full-set accounting.
• Perform month-end and year-end close and financial reporting.
• Ensure Indonesian tax compliance and statutory reporting.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external advisors.
• Support FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Improve finance processes and internal controls.
