Job summary

PT Asia Development Engineering (PT ADE) seeks an experienced accounting and tax professional to manage daily accounting activities and ensure compliance with regulations. The role requires a degree in accounting/finance and 2–5 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in Coretax, e-Faktur, e-SPT, and SAP.

Responsibilities include journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting, and maintaining audit-ready documentation. Occasional travel to project sites may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in accounting/finance related field.
• 2–5 years of accounting and tax experience.
• Experience with tax reporting systems Coretax, e-Faktur, and e-SPT.
• Strong understanding of accounting, taxation, and inventory control.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Accurate or SAP.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• English language skills preferred.

• Handle daily accounting and tax activities to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Review journal entries and ensure all accounting transactions are properly recorded.
• Prepare financial and tax reports in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.
• Maintain accurate accounting and tax administration documents.
• Perform bank, Accounts Payable (AP), and Accounts Receivable (AR) reconciliations.
• Prepare supporting documents for audits, financial reviews, and monthly reporting.
• Conduct stock opname and physical verification of inventory and company assets.

Minimum 2-5 years of experience in Accounting & Tax.

Experienced in handling tax reporting systems such as Coretax, e-Faktur, and e-SPT.

Good understanding of accounting processes, taxation, and inventory control.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software such as Accurate, SAP, or similar systems.

Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, attention to detail, and communication skills.

Good command of English, both written and spoken, is preferred.

Willing to travel to project sites as required.
