Job summary

PT Artifisial Teknologi Persada is seeking a Finance, Tax, and Accounting Staff to manage daily financial operations, including journal entries, cash management, and bank reconciliations. The role covers AP/AR, invoice creation, and vendor payments, with emphasis on tax compliance, Coretax, and SPT Masa preparation.

Candidates should have a relevant bachelor's degree, 1–2 years experience, PSAK knowledge, and proficiency in MS Office; English and Indonesian fluency is required.

Job description

As a Finance, Tax, and Accounting Staff, you are responsible for managing daily financial operations, ranging from accounting journal entries, petty cash management, and bank reconciliations to budget control and accounts payable/receivable management, including invoice creation and vendor payments. Additionally, you play a crucial role in ensuring the company's tax compliance through tax calculation, withholding, e-tax invoice generation via coretax, fiscal reconciliation, and the preparation of periodic tax returns (SPT Masa) and audit documents.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and recap petty cash usage
• Conduct regular bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy between cash/bank records
• Review the validity and completeness of supporting transaction documents (invoices, receipts, notes, etc.)
• Verify transactions against the established budget
• Record and process payments to vendors or suppliers
• Monitor and follow up on accounts receivable from customers according to due dates
• Input all daily transactions into the accounting system/journal
• Create customer invoices and record accounts receivable (AR)
• Process vendor bills and record accounts payable (AP)
• Prepare supporting documents for internal and external audit requirements
• Ensure all company tax transactions comply with applicable tax laws and regulations in Indonesia
• Calculate taxes on vendor payment transactions and customer receipts
• Generate output tax invoices and credit input tax invoices via the Coretax application
• Conduct reconciliations between accounting reports and tax reporting

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Management, or Economics (fresh graduates are welcome to apply if they have a strong background)
• Minimum GPA of 3.00 on a 4.00 scale
• Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience in Finance, Tax, and Accounting
• Experience in a Public Accounting Firm (KAP) or a multinational/large-scale corporation is highly preferred
• Knowledgeable, understanding, and experienced regarding PSAK (Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards)
• Possessing up-to-date knowledge of Indonesian corporate tax regulations and relevant laws, combined with hands-on operational capability with the Coretax system (Core Tax Administration System) for company registration, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, tax deposits, and digital corporate tax return filings (SPT Masa/Tahunan)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) such as Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP.
• Experienced in operating ERP software and reputable accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Accurate, or similar)
• Fluent in Indonesian and English (spoken and written)
• Strong ability in financial system management
• Understand, knowledgeable, and experienced in using Coretax
• Detail-oriented, organized, and possessing strong document management and archiving skills
• Possession of Brevet A & B certifications is highly preferred
• Skilled in managing and archiving documents
• Able to prepare accurate and proper financial statements
• Able to work well both independently and in a team, possessing strong communication skills and high initiative, good time management, and the capability to perform under pressure in a deadline driven environment
