Job summary

The Finance team seeks an experienced accounting professional to lead month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, supervise the accounting group, and deliver accurate financial reporting while upholding internal controls and SOPs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience, with 2-3 years in supervisory role.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
• Experience with consolidated financial statements, annual audits and bank reporting.
• Strong knowledge of financial ratio analysis, GP reporting, CIP and fixed asset reclassification.
• Advanced Excel skills with financial modeling and data reconciliation.
• Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
• Supervise, coach, and support the accounting team to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Oversee accounting activities and ensure compliance with standards, policies, and SOPs.
• Review financial statements, ratios, and GP reports to provide business insights.
• Oversee consolidated financial statements, audits, bank reporting, and coordination with external auditors.
• Review and resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure proper reconciliation and documentation.
• Review and approve POs, commission adjustments, inventory adjustments, and other accounting transactions.
• Support process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements.
• Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Operations and other stakeholders.
• Strengthen internal controls and ensure consistent accounting procedures.
