Time International is a luxury fashion, lifestyle, and watch culture brand builder and retailer with a rich heritage dating back to the 1960s. The Finance team seeks an experienced accounting professional to lead month-, quarter-, and year-end closes, supervise the accounting group, and deliver accurate financial reporting while upholding internal controls and SOPs.
You will oversee consolidated statements, audits, and bank reporting, collaborating with FP&A, Operations, and external auditors to
Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes and ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Supervise, coach, and support the accounting team to ensure smooth and effective daily operations.
Oversee accounting activities and ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies, and SOPs.
Review financial statements, financial ratios, and Gross Profit (GP) comparative reports to provide meaningful business insights.
Oversee consolidated financial statements, annual audits, bank reporting, and coordination with external auditors.
Review and resolve accounting discrepancies and ensure proper reconciliation and documentation.
Review and approve relevant Purchase Orders, commission adjustments, inventory adjustments, and other accounting-related transactions within assigned authority.
Support process improvements, automation, and ERP enhancements to improve accounting efficiency and accuracy.
Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, Operations, and other stakeholders on accounting matters and business initiatives.
Strengthen internal controls and ensure consistent implementation of accounting procedures across the organization.
Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
4-6 years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or Assistant Manager capacity.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
Strong experience in consolidated financial statements, annual audits, and bank reporting.
Solid understanding of financial ratio analysis, GP comparative reporting, CIP, and fixed asset reclassification.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and data reconciliation.
Strong leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet reporting deadlines.
