Job summary

PT Perdana Bangun Pusaka Tbk, based in Central Jakarta, is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting professional to lead the company’s accounting operations. This full-time role oversees the full accounting cycle, financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance with Indonesian standards.

You will supervise junior staff, implement strong internal controls, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial insights that support business decisions.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting or Finance with a professional accounting qualification (CPA/ACCA or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in a senior accounting role in medium to large organisations.
• Demonstrated expertise in financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian accounting standards and taxation regulations.
• Proficient in accounting software and spreadsheet applications.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with stakeholders.
• Proven track record of leading and developing accounting teams.
• Commitment to highest standards of ethics and integrity.

About the role

PT Perdana Bangun Pusaka Tbk' is seeking an experienced Senior Accounting professional to join our team in our Central Jakarta office. This full-time role is responsible for providing strategic financial leadership and overseeing the company's accounting operations.

What you'll be doing

Manage the full accounting cycle, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll

Prepare and analyse financial statements, budgets, and forecasts

Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies

Implement and maintain effective internal controls and accounting procedures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decision-making

Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff

Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's financial processes and systems

What we're looking for
