Job summary

GMP Consulting in Bali seeks a Senior Accounting professional to own client numbers and ensure timely, accurate financial deliverables. You will maintain ledgers, reconcile accounts, and drive on-time reporting while coaching junior staff and supporting project delivery.

Ideal candidates hold an accounting degree with GPA 3.50+, at least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, and strong Excel plus English communication skills. Laptop provided, with internal/external training to support growth.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Accounting with minimum GPA 3.50.
• At least 2 years of bookkeeping experience, preferably in an accounting firm.
• Proven experience with Xero and Journal Software and strong Excel skills.
• Fluent English with strong communication and presentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports for clients.
• Keep general ledger and subsidiary ledgers updated, reconciled, and reliable.
• Deliver financial information on time to clients and managers.
• Lead and develop team members with clear accountability.
• Support the manager on client assignments and service delivery.

This role is for someone who can own the numbers, support the team, and keep client work moving on time. As a Senior Accounting professional at GMP Consulting, you will deliver accurate, high-quality work for our clients.

Key responsibilities

Prepare accurate monthly and annual financial reports for clients

Keep general ledger and subsidiary ledgers updated, reconciled, and reliable

Lead and develop team members, with clear accountability

About you
