Qlapa is looking for an experienced SEM Specialist to lead paid advertising and measure digital activations for Indonesian creatives. You will manage day-to-day SEM activities across Google Ads and other platforms, plan campaigns, analyze keywords, manage budgets, and optimize performance.

You will grow Google Ads strategies with ongoing A/B testing, landing page optimization, and bidding improvements, while reporting insights to drive business results and KPI achievement.

Qualificações

• Minimum 1 year experience in SEM.
• Strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels.
• Able to identify trends & insight and optimize performance accordingly.
• Active and proficient social media user.

Responsabilidades

• Manage / Execute the day-to-day search marketing activities across multiple PPC/SEM Platform (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.) including the campaign planning, implementation keyword analysis, budget management, performance review, and optimization of PPC/SEM campaigns.
• Grow and optimize our Google Ads and other PPC/SEM platform strategies through ongoing testing of ad copy proactive A/B testing, landing pages, bidding strategies, ad extensions etc.
• Report and present insight to PPC/SEM management, weekly and ongoing, in regards to our business result and actions to achieve goals and KPI's.

You will be working collaboratively with smart and passionate people to solve interesting problems that empower Indonesian creatives.
