Job summary

PermataBank in Jakarta is seeking a Finance Data Analyst to support the data warehouse checks, segmentation reporting, and SAP data mappings. You will work with SQL-driven processes to ensure accuracy of segment-based statements and timely delivery.

The ideal candidate has banking finance knowledge, solid SQL skills, and proficiency in Excel. You will collaborate with Business Finance and Group teams to align parameters with regulatory guidelines and internal policies.

Qualifications

• Strong background knowledge in banking finance.
• Proficient in SQL and data mapping in SAP.
• Excellent MS Excel and Word skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct checks on the Data Warehouse (DWH) and segment report runs using SQL.
• Perform GL and SAP-related mapping and segmentation parameter mapping.
• Prepare segment-based financial statements (BVL/CPR) accurately and timely.

Job Description :

• Conducting checks on the data warehouse (DWH) and the results of segment report runs using SQL.
• Performing GL and FTP mapping in the SAP application in accordance with applicable accounting guidelines (OJK, PSAK, and PPG) and ALCO.
• Performing parameter mapping for Segmentation Reports (BVL and CPR) in accordance with applicable accounting guidelines (OJK, PSAK, and PPG) and Business Finance.
• Preparing segment-based financial statements (BVL and CPR) that are accurate and delivered on a timely basis.
• Reviewing and updating procedures and DOI prior to their due dates.
• Participating in projects related to segmentation (BVL and CPR) and SAP reports to accommodate changes from Management, Group, or Regulatory requirements.
• Preparing data for auditors.
• Reviewing and updating segmentation parameters to align with business initiatives.

Job Qualification

• Strong background knowledge in banking finance.
• Background knowledge and basic proficiency in SQL.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
• Able to perform work accurately and neatly with strong attention to detail.
• Possesses good administrative & Business Process Analysis skills.
