Qualifications

About the Role

You will be an integral part of deal teams, providing critical analytical support for mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising transactions. Responsibilities include financial modeling, valuation analysis, due diligence, and the preparation of client presentations and marketing materials. Key Responsibilities
