Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or CFA is a plus.
• 3–5 years of relevant investment experience.
• Experience in the digital infrastructure sector is preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation and analytical skills.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Comfortable working in a cross-functional corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and evaluation of business cases for new investments, M&A, partnerships, and strategic projects
• Conduct feasibility studies, market and competitive analysis, and financial due diligence on potential investment opportunities
• Build and maintain financial models and perform valuation analysis to support internal decision-making
• Prepare internal reports and presentations for senior leadership and board-level review
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams (e.g., finance, legal, operations, engineering) to evaluate strategic fit and operational implications of investments
• Assist in the execution of transactions, including data gathering, internal coordination, and documentation
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments and identify opportunities for optimization or expansion
• Track trends in digital infrastructure and other relevant sectors to support long-term strategic planning

About the job Dept Head - Investment Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated Dept Head:Investment Associate. This role is ideal for a candidate with strong analytical skills, solid transactional experience, and a passion for infrastructure and technology investments.
As an Investment Associate, you will support the end-to-end investment lifecycle, from financialdue diligence, financial modelling, and valuation analysisto execution and portfolio management. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to assess new opportunities and drive value creation across portfolio companies.

Requirements:

• 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate development, or management consulting
• Strong knowledge of or experience in the digital infrastructure industry is highly preferred
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills
• Solid business judgment and ability to evaluate both qualitative and quantitative factors in decision-making
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities and deadline
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, cross-functional corporate environment
