Job summary

Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe, secure environment for guests, staff, and property. You will monitor operations, respond to emergencies, and enforce safety standards on-site.

Key duties include patrolling, CCTV and access control management, incident documentation, and collaboration with authorities. The role requires composure, observation, and strong communication in a luxury hospitality setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification of diploma or equivalent; security-related certification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in hotel, hospitality, or corporate security preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to remain calm and professional in emergency situations.
• Good physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
• Basic computer skills for reporting and surveillance systems.
• Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays

About The Role
