Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay seeks an Assistant Housekeeping Manager to lead daily housekeeping operations, ensure villas and public areas meet luxury standards, and inspire a dedicated team.

Responsibilities include recruitment, training, inspections, inventory and cost control, guest service excellence, and reporting to the Director of Housekeeping; English proficiency required.

• Experience as a housekeeping supervisor or assistant manager in luxury hospitality.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities.
• Excellent communication and organization; fluent English.

• Manage inventory, supplies, and cost control.
• Handle guest requests professionally and with care.
• Support Director of Housekeeping in admin tasks and reporting.

About The Role

The Assistant Housekeeping Manager supports the Housekeeping leadership team in ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and service throughout the resort. This role plays a key part in maintaining the cleanliness of our villas and public areas while inspiring and developing a dedicated team.

What You Will Do

• Assist in overseeing daily housekeeping operations, including villas, public areas, and laundry.
• Ensure all guest rooms and public spaces meet Four Seasons standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Support recruitment, training, and development of the housekeeping team.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and follow up on maintenance or service issues.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and cost control within the department.
• Handle guest requests and concerns with professionalism and care.
• Support Director of Housekeeping in administrative task and reporting.
• Works harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors.

What You Bring

• Previous experience in a housekeeping supervisory or assistant manager role, preferably in a luxury hospitality environment
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Excellent communication and organization skills; reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language. Knowledge of other foreign languages is a plus.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• A passion for service and creating memorable guest experiences.
