Job summary

Bokashi Bali is seeking a dedicated security guard to protect premises, assets, staff and guests. The role requires calm, decisive judgment, strong observation, and the ability to respond to emergencies while documenting incidents on-site to ensure safety.

Responsibilities include patrolling, controlling access, enforcing policies, and investigating suspicious activity. Preference is given to candidates with night club/beach club or F&B experience, and who are fluent in English and Bahasa

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree required.
• 1 year of experience as a security guard or similar role.
• Preferably experienced working in a night club / beach club / restaurant / any F&B industry
• Good understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defense
• Registered as security officer (Gada Pratama)
• Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed
• Proficient written and oral communication skills (English and Bahasa)
• Strong physique with minimum of 175cm height and 80kg weight

Position Overview:

Dedicated security is responsible to ensure the safety and security of the premises, assets, staff, visitors, and establishment. The security guard responsibilities include patrolling the premises, setting up security controls, monitoring property access, investigating suspicious behavior, and enforcing company policies. An outstanding security guard is required in order to remain calm and decisive in any situation, also should be highly observant and able to objectively assess the severity of a situation. They also need to respond to emergency situations and keeping track of all incidents on-site.

Requirement:
