Job summary

Bokashi Bali is seeking a dedicated security guard to protect premises, assets, staff and guests. The role requires calm, decisive judgment, strong observation, and the ability to respond to emergencies while documenting incidents on-site to ensure safety.

Responsibilities include patrolling, controlling access, enforcing policies, and investigating suspicious activity. Preference is given to candidates with night club/beach club or F&B experience, and who are fluent in English and Bahasa

Qualifications

• High school diploma or general education degree required.
• 1 year of experience as a security guard or similar role.
• Preferably experienced working in a night club / beach club / restaurant / any F&B industry
• Good understanding of legal guidelines for area security and public safety
• Trained in First Aid/BLS and self-defense
• Registered as security officer (Gada Pratama)
• Ability to perform continuous physical exertion as needed
• Proficient written and oral communication skills (English and Bahasa)
• Strong physique with minimum of 175cm height and 80kg weight

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and monitor property access.
• Set up and enforce security controls and policies.
• Investigate suspicious behavior and assess severity.
• Respond to emergency situations and incidents on-site.
• Maintain composure and make decisive judgments in all situations.
