The role requires strong leadership and a proven supervisory background, with a willingness to work shifts including nights and holidays. Certifications such as Gada Pratama are advantageous, and experience in villas, hospitality, or private security is valued.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in the security field, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Previous experience as a Security Supervisor, Security Coordinator, or Head of Security.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Willing to work shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Gada Pratama certification or other relevant security certifications is an advantage.
• Experience in villas, hospitality, residential, or private security is an advantage.
