Job summary

PT Bank SMBC Indonesia Tbk is seeking a detail-oriented professional to perform day-to-day custodian operations, including settlement, asset admin, reconciliation, and monitoring. You will also handle documentation, reporting, and timely processing in line with regulations and standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2–4 years in custody or related operations, with strong Excel and reporting skills and excellent analytical abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university.
• 2–4 years of experience in custody, securities operations, treasury operations, or capital market operations.
• Good knowledge of custody operations, securities settlement, corporate actions, and reconciliation processes.
• Good understanding of risk controls, regulatory compliance, and operational procedures.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, reporting, and documentation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good communication, collaboration, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day custodian operations including securities settlement, asset administration, reconciliation, transaction monitoring, documentation, and operational reporting.
• Prepare operational reporting and ensure regulatory compliance and service standards.
