Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Waitress, Server, or similar position.
• Experience in Restaurant, Lounge, Bar, Hotel, Café, or Hospitality.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service and hospitality mindset.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work under pressure, especially during busy hours.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner
• leading guests to their tables and provide menus when required
• Explain menu items, ingredients, promotions, and recommendations to guests
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Ensure all orders are properly communicated to the kitchen and bar
• Serve food and beverages according to the restaurant's service standards
• Follow up with guests during their dining experience to ensure satisfaction
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Perform table clearing and resetting efficiently
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
