Job summary

DSV Transport Indonesia is seeking a detail‑oriented Import Operations staff to manage day‑to‑day imports, coordinate with customers and internal teams, and ensure timely document control using Cargowise-1. The role requires accurate milestone updates, proactive communication, and strict adherence to SOPs.

Diploma or Bachelor in Logistics with 3+ years in freight forwarding is preferred; English fluency is required.

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Logistics, or any related field.
Preferably minimum 3 years experienced as a Staff at the same industry.
Basic knowledge in Freight Forwarding Industry for handling Sea Freight Import.
Good understanding of Ocean Operation and Ocean Freight (FCL and LCL).
Ability to work under pressure (tight deadlines).
Good communication skill & customer-oriented.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
Preferably experienced using Cargowise-1 system.

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day operations for imports activities and meet customer requirements.
Open job in Cargowise ATD +1 or after pre-alert and liaise to the customer.
Ensure inward manifest submitted timely and correctly.
Provide proactive communication with customer and coordinate with internal and external partners.
Work closely with Sales, Finance, Customs Clearance, and Domestic teams to ensure seamless service.
Track shipments and update status to customers in a timely manner.
Adhere to SOPs and compliance procedures; react quickly to irregularities.
